Good news for companies committed to the ecological and climatic transition. The Diag Décarbon'Action is once again available. Supported by Bpifrance and ADEME, this program offers structured assistance in carrying out a carbon assessment, identifying GHG emissions, reducing the company's carbon footprint, and building a concrete action plan in favor of decarbonization.

Designed for companies with fewer than 500 employees, the Diag is part of a clear CSR approach: measure, understand, then act. It offers a robust methodological framework - based in particular on ISO and Bilan Carbone® standards - and is part of a sustainable environmental strategy.

This relaunch comes at just the right time. At a time when the issues of transition, climate impact and carbon footprint reduction are becoming increasingly important, the Diag enables us tomove forward methodically. It's also an opportunity to structure a project around reliable data, with the support of recognized players throughout France, including Paris.

🔍 Understanding the Diag Décarbon'Action

Visit Diag Décarbon'Action is a support program co-financed by Bpifrance andADEME, designed to help companies structure their low-carbon strategy.

Its aim is to enable organizations to gain a better understanding of their environmental impact, by carrying out a complete greenhouse gas assessment and then building a realistic, targeted action plan.

The diagnosis is based on an analysis of the greenhouse gas emissions generated by the company's activities. It is based on recognized standards, such as ISO 14064 or the Bilan Carbone® method, and covers all emission items:

direct (scope 1)
energy-related indirect emissions (scope 2)
other indirect emissions (scope 3)

This approach lays the foundations for a structured decarbonization project, consistent with regulatory challenges and energy transition objectives.

The Diag is more than just an inventory. It leads to a tailor-made action plan, adapted to the operational and economic realities of each company. This plan can incorporate a variety of levers:

- improved energy performance

On average, support lasts 6 to 8 months, with the intervention of an accredited expert, and partial coverage of the cost by Bpifrance, according to the conditions specified when the application is submitted.

Who is the Diag Décarbon'Action for, and why take advantage of it?

🎯 For which companies?

Visit Diag Décarbon'Action is aimed primarily at SMEs and ETIs based in France, whatever their sector of activity. To be eligible,companies must

between 1 and 499 employees,
have been in business for at least 2 years,
be up to date with all tax and social security obligations.

It can be located in the Paris region or in the Île-de-France region, in industrial zones or in urban centers - in Paris or elsewhere.

There's no need to have a structured CSR approach. The system is designed to support companies at different levels of maturity: first awareness of environmental issues, the need to frame a strategy, or the desire to deepen a low-carbon approach already underway.

Companies that have already begun an assessment, or have completed a partial one (Scopes 1 and 2 only, for example), can also apply to go further and build a global action plan.
