The GCI calculator integrates the new version of the Base Carbone®.

Global Climate Initiatives integrated the new version of the Carbon Footprint® into its GHG calculation platform as soon as it was published in December.

This new version V19.0 of the Base Carbone® , updated on 04/12/2020, includes the addition of 2330 emission factors of agro-food products integrated from the Agribalyse® database, produced by ADEME, and which allows to better know the environmental impact of agricultural products.

It also includes the addition of new emission factors such as those associated with Hydrogen Production and Distribution.

For the establishment of your GHG assessments, Global Climate Initiatives gives you direct access to more than 4,800 diversified and up-to-date emission factors, validated by the ADEME's Base Carbone®. For our international clients, we also provide access to the ECOINVENT and DEFRA databases, all the emission factors for electricity in the world, and other databases more specific to certain activities (construction).
